I’m Calvin Lewis, a proud father of two amazing kids, a dual‑career professional, and a real estate agent with Bach Real Estate. Before stepping into real estate, I built a career with Frederick County Public Schools, most recently serving as a Facilities Services Lead. In that role, I oversaw the custodial operations and basic maintenance of a 251,000‑square‑foot building — a position that sharpened my ability to think creatively, solve problems quickly, and lead with reliability and integrity.

Outside of FCPS, I’m also a high school baseball coach and a former college baseball player. That competitive spirit never left me — now I channel it into advocating fiercely for my clients and securing the best possible outcomes for them.

Why I Became a Real Estate Agent:

I’ve always had a passion for helping people, and real estate gives me the opportunity to guide individuals and families through one of the most meaningful decisions of their lives.

As someone who once believed homeownership was out of reach, I was fortunate to have a real estate agent — my grandmother — who showed me that the process didn’t have to be intimidating. She helped me become a homeowner, and that experience changed my life. Now, I’m committed to doing the same for others.
